Who am I?

In life, I feel that you have to be a lot of things. I never agreed with the framing of that question in my life because people are a lot of things in life. But when I hear that question, I assume what people are asking is basically to describe what you represent/are apart of for the most part, some key facts about you, and what your deepest beliefs in life are. Also, I don't believe you can simply understand who someone truly is by just asking them "who are you?", you can thank modern psychology for that. But like how most people are a lot of things in life, I am best identified both online and IRL as an innovator, commentator, and businessman (even though you can see what other things I am on my home page of my website, www.samuelromero.in). I am an innovator because I create and innovate what exists (or what doesn't exist yet) in life into new ideas, products, models, architecture, technology, etc. I am a commentator because that's what I do on social media for the most part, I like to talk and educate people about the business world on my show "Trilla Business" that has new episodes on my YouTube channel every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. And I'm a businessman, both a tech salesman and an entrepreneur. I am someone who helps other people and companies purchase the right tech for their business goals and needs as I am also someone who builds business with other high-performance business people. I do all of this because of my deep-rooted belief that the more you do and create in life, the better it is for other people and the world in general. I love to help others because I believe in humanity, and there's a lot of things in life that can be improved and innovated.

What do I do?

I work as a salesman in tech as my day job, and in my free time away from my day job, I commentate on social media as a businessman influencer online in order to educate others about the world of business. I believe it's very important for people to be educated about all of the things in business that are necessary for business success, because of the new digital world we live in with AI, tech innovation, and with industries constantly evolving and changing into new industries that change the world. I also build business in my free time with other high-performers, such as my own team who works with me to innovate industries such as finance, health care, tech, and even entertainment.

What do I believe makes someone successful in business?

Willingness, in one word. Willingness. Because will power is everything for success to happen. It's one thing to find someone talented, it's another to find someone interested. As my own famous quote goes. Another famous quote that wasn't first said by me but goes something like: the person with the drive, desire, and will for success, who performs every day and gives it his all beats the other person with just talent alone. Yeah, that's exactly right and something that I fundamentally agree with. I heard that second quote a few times when I used to play sports in high school. In my grandest observation, the key traits/virtues someone needs to have for business success is willingness to perform and outperform the competitors, focus on the mission, be versatile in skills in order to execute the mission, and resilience of the outside, external noise that comes with pursuing business success. And just consistency of that combination, showing up and performing every day to pursue your dreams is definitely the last but one of the most important traits for business success. Never giving up, no matter what. Which is why most who do entrepreneurship don't succeed. That's why I started with that one trait, willingness. Because you have to be willing to fail, willing to try new things, willing to pursue your dreams. Willingness is what separates the losers from the winners in business, and as long as your willing, you are closer to success than you realize.

What problems do I want to solve in the world?

There are lots of problems that I'm already solving right now as a businessman, and that I'm also aiming to solve across many industries; like in the scenario in which I have myself creating innovative solutions as great products for many of the industries in the world that need those products, and having my team help me create, manufacture, prepare/package, and deliver those great products to the customers and clients of those respective industries. I've created many business ideas based on the concept I've invented as a mental model known as X-Technology (or simply known as X-Tech). X-Tech is the fundamental, foundational, conceptual, and the actual technological product/solution and mental model of understanding how a specific technology works and benefits someone/something else systematically. X-Tech is the best simplistic, streamlined, advanced, innovative solution for a specific problem that comes from theorizing of what could work as an innovative solution for virtually any problem that exists in the world (as I often call the theorizing of how something could work Existence Theory, which is the theory of understanding the real existence of how mechanics of systems could work to solve a problem, different from understanding how something already works with systems which is Systematics). Existence Theory is essentially testing and theorizing how a problem could be solved systematically with potential innovative solution(s) that could be created to solve that problem (X-Tech). There's also another mental model/field of study that I've invented myself, which I could arguably win the Nobel Peace Prize for one day, called Systematics. Systematics is the real, actual study of how core mechanics actually work in systems that create the existence of any person, place, thing, or the existence of any X-Tech product or tool as an innovative solution. For example, studying the human body and knowing exactly how, why, what, when, and where all of its core mechanical structure operates, and essentially understanding how the human body all works in systems, is what you call Systematics. Anything that works in systems, and that already has mechanics within those systems that are in place for those systems to function properly together, all in place, in order to create the existence of a working, functioning, systematical structure is what is known as Systematics, the study of how core mechanics simply work together in systems for the purpose of that systematical structure to exist as an X-Tech solution. The human body has many systems in place (X-Tech solutions) for it to function properly as a living, breathing, human being (kidney function is X-Tech, liver function is X-Tech, and brain function is X-Tech). The understanding and creation of X-Tech is no different in the understanding and creation of our own human anatomy. So what I'm essentially saying here is basically, how I create innovative solutions for specific problems in certain industries would be the same as understanding how to cure a tough disease, like cancer, for a human person, which is done through understanding Systematics (what systems are already in place that is allowing the existence of a problem), Existence Theory (what new systems could work and be in place for the existence of a potential solution), and X-Tech (discovering, creating, refining, launching, and distributing the innovative solution). We as a human race already understand how the human body works, which means that we understand Systematics. I came across this revelation realizing that most things that work great and change the world are made up of systems. Another example I can give you is the iPhone. When Steve Jobs created and launched the iPhone with Apple, it was absolutely revolutionary. But most importantly, it changed the world with the product being the best simplistic, streamlined, advanced, innovative solution for the specific problem at the time, which was the way phones were made for the average person before the iPhone. Using his brilliant mind, Steve Jobs essentially theorized the existence for a revolutionary product that could change the cell phone industry before he got the idea for the iPhone, (the iPhone was the X-Tech innovative solution that came from Existence Theory). Mr. Jobs knew that cell phones were problematic in the way people used them every day before the iPhone, and he knew that Apple could revolutionize and reinvent the phone, which they did through Existence Theory. By Steve Jobs and the Apple Team studying the Systematics of the inferior manufactured cell phones at the time, then Existence Theorizing what the X-Tech solution could be for that problem, which was the iPhone, they changed the tech industry completely for the better. By creating the revolutionary iPhone product, done better systematically than how it was ever done before by other cell phone companies. In conclusion, if you've been following me so far, my thesis here is that understanding Systematics, Existence Theory, and finding the X-Tech solution for the issue that the consumer is experiencing is absolutely necessary for how you solve problems and create great products, tools, and innovative solutions. It is through your own X-Tech that you create that solves problems in business and in the world. With that, the number one problem in the world today that not only I'd like to solve, but that I see as absolutely needing to get solved is optimum human connection and collaboration. In my opinion, this is the biggest problem in the world that must have been solved yesterday. Unfortunately as I'm writing this, it still has yet to be solved, and what's a bit disappointing about this in my expert opinion is that this could've been solved decades ago with the advent of the internet, software technology, AI, Web3, HTML5, social media, and the information age, etc. In my expert opinion, the lack of human connection and collaboration is is our biggest problem that needs to be solved to a certain degree is because if this problem continues to prolong itself and fester, we are going to be held back as a species dramatically, and it's getting worse. Human connection and collaboration is absolutely necessary for success in all aspects of life. Without human connection and collaboration, I wouldn't be an entrepreneur, I wouldn't have any friends, I wouldn't have any girlfriends, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have made it this far as a living person without the support of my family. Nor would the world be functioning right now. But there's a lot of dysfunction in the world right now because of the lack of human connection and collaboration as an existing problem in America, and that's my ultimate point. I'm not saying that we should have total and complete world peace and human flourishing for everyone on the planet (although it would be nice). I'm a realistic, INTP, human being, and I know what can work. I'm not asking for humans to compromise what they want to pursue in life and change themselves in order to make the X-Tech solution of human connection and collaboration happen. What I'm asking is that we create the best, innovative, X-Tech solution for this problem, which is what I've done that noone else has. Fortunately, I've created the X-Tech solution myself for this problem in our world today which is what are known as Human Resources Organizations (HROs). Human Resources Organizations are groups of people joined together as one, collective, tribal, family unit who improve each others' lives and their own lives through these groups. And what we call Human Resources are all of the resources, X-Tech, and things that we have and do together to improve our lives and our overall well-being that enhances the quality of all our lives. I took the concept of Human Resources from Corporate America and applied it to these new organizations that now specialize in giving resources to other human beings who desperately need them in exchange to join the HRO and help the HRO succeed physically, mentally, emotionally, and most importantly, financially. We give care, love, support, work opportunities, community, guidance, and many more other resources to the agents of my HRO. This is a project that I will continuously work on to solve the number one bottleneck in the world today, which is the lack of Human Resources for people. Which is the reason why there's such a lack of human connection and collaboration in the world today. We solve the problem of lack of human connection and collaboration in America by expanding the Human Resources department from American companies to be entire organizations for people to be apart of and benefit from. Human Resources is most definitely a part of life in America that is very underdeveloped, way underutilized, untapped, and way undervalued that needs to be alive in America today to solve the loneliness epidemic-crisis. And I'm going to be the one that brings Human Resources into the mainstream. That is the problem I'm trying to solve in the world and one of my main missions, as I have many other missions as well that are business related.
